Return address: After the review is passed, we will inform you that the return address is in front of Bailingtou Primary School, Dongpu Town, Yuancheng District, Heyuan City (for office use only). Please use a reliable logistics method to send the goods back and keep the logistics order number.
Receipt processing: After we receive the returned goods, we will complete the acceptance within 3-5 working days. If the return and exchange conditions are met, we will process a refund or exchange for you:
Refund: The money will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and it is expected to arrive in 1-3 working days.
Exchange: After confirming that the product is in stock, it will be re-delivered to you within 2-3 working days.
